I want to utilize some of the new features but I think I need to create a new app because the old app I created (realmeal) doesn't seem to have the new features. However, to create a new app, I'd like to copy and paste the instructions / prompt from my old one since I spent a lot of time refining it...but the instructions I had added to realmeal are blank. Any ideas how I could retrieve the instructions?

several users have reached out letting me know they are no longer able to login to the app. They have tried the reset password and it's still not working. It's giving them a "user not found" message. Please help these are my first paying users.

The following was reported by one of my prospective users: "I tried making a login, but it wouldn't let me sign in for some reason. It kept saying it was trying to verify my email, but I never got any confirmation email."

As reported by one of the users of my app. When I ask a question, the platform hangs and is unresponsive. See attached screenshots.
