My app is not displaying the instructions

I want to utilize some of the new features but I think I need to create a new app because the old app I created (realmeal) doesn't seem to have the new features. However, to create a new app, I'd like to copy and paste the instructions / prompt from my old one since I spent a lot of time refining it...but the instructions I had added to realmeal are blank. Any ideas how I could retrieve the instructions?

Hey Janine. Some of the older apps don't have the same capabilities. You might need to re-create the app. I might be able to recover the prompt. I shouldn't have gone missing. Can you send the public URL of Realmeal
