At the moment as a user you see the 'conversation starters' only in the beginning. As a maker I use the 'conversation starters' often as a form of UI, short cuts to different uses or use cases. In that case it would help if the 'conversation starters' could be in the app visible permanently or if there was a button to easily adress them all the time.
